I just won two mini contests at SEO Philippines this past week. The first was a translation contest started by Alfredo Palconit Jr. He posted a sentence written on an estranged fonts or letters. He wants us to translate or give the meaning of the sentence in English and what language was used. I am the first one who saw that post so I immediately search the meaning at Google. I luckily found the answers so I immediately posted in on the forum and won the contest. The meaning of the sentence is "I can do everything through Christ who strengthens me." I won 9.48 dollars from this contest and was paid via Paypal.
Benj Arriola, an SEO expert from the Philippines and the first SEO World Championship winner, conducted the second contest. He wants us to make a blog post about the two brand new cars that he dreamed to buy, Honda S2000 or Mazda RX8. It is not just by guessing the correct answer but also by being indexed at the three search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) and being the first one who posted the index link at SEO Philippines forum. Still I am the lucky winner over some of the SEO Philippines experts who joined the contest. I won 11 dollars from this contest and five domains: theparadisephilippines.info, internetmarketingoptimization.com, globalwarmingawareness07.com, globalwarmingawarenessday.com, shopautodotca-seocontest.info
The first checkpoint for Bayanihan SEO contest (Paradise Philippines keyword ranking) is near and I am still hoping to win at this checkpoint.
